weave-device-mgr（Weave Device Manager）ツールは、Weave エコシステムの補助デバイスとして機能します。ネットワーク ファブリックやファブリック プロビジョニングなど、デバイスのペア設定を管理します。その機能は、Nest アプリのプロビジョニング、ペア設定、登録で Nest アプリが果たす役割に似ています。
Weave デバイス マネージャーは weave-tools ビルドに含まれています。スタンドアロン アプリケーション ビルドでは、/src/device-manager/python にあります。
実行
ヘルプメニューはツールのオペレーション中に使用できます。Weave デバイス マネージャーを起動してヘルプメニューを表示するには:

モック デバイスに接続する
Weave Device Manager はアシスト機能を使用するため、最初にデバイスに接続する必要があります。この機能をテストするには、Happy シミュレートされたトポロジを使用します。一方のノードが模擬 Weave デバイスを実行し、もう一方がデバイス マネージャーを実行します。
1. Happy トポロジを作成する
このトポロジでは、node01 はモックデバイスを実行し、node02 はデバイス マネージャーを実行します。始める前に、Happy をインストールし、Weave に対応するように設定します。
インストールしたら、単純な Happy トポロジを作成します。

Happy ステータスと Weave 状態をチェックして、トポロジを確認します。

2. モックデバイスを起動する
node01 にログインします。

node01 で、そのノードの Weave IPv6 アドレスと有効な Weave ペア設定コードを使用して模擬デバイスを起動します。モックデバイスとデバイス マネージャーの間に安全な PASE セッションを確立するには、ペア設定コードが必要です。
